Performing Arts Medicine (PAM) is a field of medicine devoted to the care and support of all performing artists. It has been established internationally for more than 30 years, and it is growing rapidly within all disciplines of health & wellness.
Isabel has presented research and created innovative educational lectures and programs supporting the development of safe and effective performing arts training. She’s adjunct faculty at University College London and serves on the board and committees of several international organizations in the field.
In 2014, she founded the onsite health clinic at the Institute of the Arts Barcelona (Spain) to bring the knowledge and best practices from these international organizations to her hometown.
