Pilates completely changed my approach to rehabilitation and fitness after an injury in 2015, and I can’t wait to help you take your movement potential to new heights too!
Through our sessions, I’ll help you understand what your body and mind needs, and empower you to restore (after injury) and enhance your movement practice with feel-good yet challenging workouts.
Following my Physiotherapy degree in Barcelona (Spain), I earned a Masters from University College London (UK) specializing in Performing Arts Medicine, and topped it off with a Comprehensive Pilates Teacher Training from the international school Polestar Pilates, with whom I’m now an educator, sharing my knowledge and expertise with the new generation of Pilates teachers in Philadelphia.
